It is a short, no-pressure phone or video conversation to get to know each other. The goal is to determine if we are a good fit to work together.
Sharing what brings you here and what you hope to achieve through self-discovery helps me understand your needs, wants, and challenges. I’ll briefly explain my approach and style, so you can see how my services align with your aspirations.
The free discovery call is over the phone only - no in-person consultations.

Each session is tailored to you and what you’re moving through. I draw from a variety of approaches—somatics, parts work, inner child reparenting, mindfulness, polyvagal practices, attachment-based exercises, psycho-emotional education, spiritual contemplation, and more.
The focus is on dropping from the mind into the heart, trusting intuition, and meeting you in truth—so our work stays alive, responsive, and aligned with what will best support your healing and transformation.

I do not provide medical care, psychological diagnoses, or treatment for severe addiction. I am not equipped to manage active suicidal ideation, self-harm crises, or other emergency mental health situations. I am not a licensed or qualified therapist.
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please contact local emergency services, a trained crisis professional, or call 911. Help is also available by calling 988 for the 24/7 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

During the free consultation you can ask me any questions that will help you determine if we're a good fit.
Generally, you will want to feel safe, understood, and like you can benefit from working together. Listen to your gut even if it feels scary. Inner work isn't always comfortable, but feeling safe to be yourself is key to your ability to expand beyond current conditioning.

I don’t promise any results. Here’s why: your development is uniquely your own. Providing you with a set framework to be human would be ludicrous and unethical.
I simply help you on your way to figure it out for yourself. No false promises that play into your pain or fear. Just honest, caring, and empowering support.

My style is caring yet transformative. I hold space with deep compassion, helping you peel back layers of conditioning. When the nervous system feels safe, we can expand.
But I won’t bypass what needs to be seen. By stepping out of our comfort zone, we challenge old beliefs and outdated patterns. And so, I will help you see what you can’t, and empower you to face what needs to be faced honestly and compassionately.
Truth over comfort - always at the pace of your nervous system.
