BOOKINGS & PAYMENT POLICY

​Acknowledgement

By booking an appointment and/or using a service ("service" or "appointment") provided by Rite To Be You (“company”, “I”, “we” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this booking and payment policy. The term “you” refers to anyone who uses, visits and/or views the website and/or uses services provided by us.

Personal Information
By requesting an appointment or using a service, you consent to being contacted by Rite To Be You, LLC via email, phone, video, voicemail, or text.


By submitting this form, you agree to the processing of your sensitive personal information, which may include protected health information (PHI). This information may be viewed by team members in this practice.

Eligibility and Age Requirement
Rite To Be You, LLC is committed to providing services to individuals who are of the legal age to enter into a binding contract. By accessing and using our services, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. You further represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to this policy and the terms of service. You understand that any misrepresentation of your age or the age of a client for whom you are procuring services may result in the immediate termination of services and forfeiture of any fees paid.

 

Payment and Scheduling
Full payment is required at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment.
Rite To Be You, LLC  accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, and digital wallets. 

 

Rescheduling Appointments
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your original appointment time at no additional charge.

 

Clients with a user profile can manage their sessions directly in the client portal. Guest checkouts can email hello@ritetobeyou.com. Create an online account here to easily manage (cancel or reschedule) future appointments.


Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a "no-show," and you will forfeit your payment.

Cancellations and No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.


Cancellations are permitted, and you can reschedule without any fee within the specified timeframe.

No-shows and Late Arrivals
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to reschedule with proper notice, your payment will be forfeited.


If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Your appointment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Any exceptions to this policy are made at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@ritetobeyou.com if you have an urgent matter.

Substitution Clause

Individual sessions are designed and priced exclusively for one-on-one client work, while couples/2people sessions are structured to address the specific dynamics and needs of two people. A session purchased for individual mentoring cannot be converted to couples/2people mentoring, however, if so desired a couples/2people session can be used for an individual session. This policy ensures the appropriate focus and resource allocation for every client.

We reserve the right to convert any in-person session into an online video session if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or based on professional judgment. We will notify you in advance if this change is required.

 

Client Engagement

Clients are encouraged and expected to actively participate in sessions, provide accurate information, and be punctual for all appointments, whether online or in-person.

​

Technology

For online video sessions, clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and appropriate technology (e.g., a working camera and microphone).
